Terms & Conditions – Wig Subscription Service

1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to our Wig Subscription Service, you agree to receive four (4) handmade wigs per year, delivered every three (3) months.

2. Payment & Billing

Payments will be automatically charged on a monthly basis to the payment method on file.

The first payment must be completed before the first wig is processed.

Subscribers must ensure their payment method remains valid to avoid delays.

3. Subscription Term & Cancellation

This subscription requires a minimum 3-month commitment before cancellation.

After the first 3 months, you may cancel at any time by providing a 30-day notice via email or customer service request.

If canceled before the minimum term, a cancellation fee of $150 will apply.

Refunds will not be issued for past payments.

4. Wig Customization & Processing

Each wig is handmade and takes approximately 2–4 weeks for completion.

Customers can select their custom color and styling preferences prior to production.

If no custom requests are made, a default natural color & style will be provided.

Wigs are made using premium quality hair and undergo strict quality control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping within the U.S.

Standard shipping is included in the subscription price. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Subscribers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

6. Subscription Adjustments

Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan with 30 days’ notice.

Subscription fees will be adjusted based on the new plan.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of each wig, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective upon arrival.

If there is an issue with your wig, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the concern.

8. Maintenance & Care

We provide care instructions with every wig to ensure longevity.

Improper handling, use of excessive heat, or chemical treatments may shorten the lifespan of the wig, and we are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

9. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this subscription service at any time.

If terminated, subscribers will receive a 30-day notice, and any prepaid wigs will still be fulfilled.
